May your holiday be filled with love, joy, and peace! I've been on hiatus for a few months due to the time commitment required to attend open houses as my twin boys prepare to attend high school next year. We've also been busy filling out applications and reviewing essays, after my work day. You would think that they were applying for college. I'm grateful though for every busy moment.
We took some time this weekend to enjoy the
Winter Wonder Fest at Navy Pier. Here are a few pics of my family. We even ice skated for the first time. It was so much fun! It actually felt the same as roller skating once I got the hang of it. God has blessed my family with increasing health, joy, and life, and for that I'm grateful!
P.S. I'm loving my
ghana braids. I wore them for 3 weeks, washed and conditioned my hair and then went back and got
ghana braids done again last week. #protectivestyling
Did you do anything new or different this holiday season? Enjoy the pics below!
