How to Create a Left Side Bang and Updo -Video Tutorial

Hey textured heads.  I just had to share the style that I created on my flat ironed hair.  Watch the video above to see the results.  I got my hair flat itoned 2 weeks ago and I'm really tired of looking at it.
I'm tired because I've been adding shea butter to the ends of my hair daily (my obsession with protecting the ends of my hair from overly splitting) and after 2 weeks my hair looks extremely straight and stringy.  Ugh!!  So I decided to pin it up to add some structure.  Check out my youtube tutorial titled "Bang and updo tutorial on natural flat ironed hair".  You can see exactly how straight and stringy my hair gets after 2 weeks of adding oil and wrapping it.

Ok enough about hair, I'm still maintaining a meat free diet.  For lunch I grabbed a garden salad from Portillo's.  I used to get the same salad when I ate meat, however I would always ask for some "hot chicken" to be added on top.  I don't crave the chicken anymore, and I can truly say that this salad just tastes phenomenal to me.  It's full of lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots, and onions.  I also love to wash a good salad down with a little bit of "Green Goodness" from Bolthouse Farms.  It's a great sweet blended mixture that's made with apples, pineapple, mangos, bananas, kiwi, green tea, spinach, brocolli, and wheat grass to name a few.  I l-o-v-e this tasty concoction of fruits and vegetables.
I had a good hair day and a good lunch.  Now that's worth writing about.  Stay tuned!
