A Braided Mohawk Signifies Convenience
My daughter is wearing a braided mohawk this week. How convenient for a mommy that needs to get three children out of bed and dressed daily. I have to admit my hubby and I take turns getting them ready. This hairstyle is a God-send. All kids take their baths at night and clothes are laid out for school the next day. The great part about this hairstyle is no matter who gets the kiddos ready, hair is not a concern. Woohoo! Last night I maintained her style that's been up since Sunday by applying coconut oil to her hair. You know me, I even moved the beads around to make sure that her hair was fully moisturized. Once moisturized I secured her hair with a satin scarf. Her pillow is also covered with a satin pillowcase because her scarves never stay on. This style is a true convenience. I have to give a shout out to my niece for creating this style on my daughter's hair. She braided it without braiding it tightly. No bumps, no pulls, means growing hair. Check out the side view below.
I'm loving this style on my daughter! I'm also enjoying the convenience of a hairdo that's done, at least for the next week or so.
