Braidout Preservation With Pineapple And A New Snap
My curls are back! I wore my hair flat ironed up until Thanksgiving day, for 20 days to be exact. (I only flat iron two or three times a year). I've been so busy trying to juggle life's responsibilities that I just haven't spent a lot of time on my hair. It's been wash and go ponytails and more recently back to braidouts. I've been wearing my braidout for a few days and here's a trick that I've learned a few months ago when it comes to preserving a braidout. When the front section of my hair starts to lose definition, I do the following:
1. Part small section of hair across from ear to ear.
2. Part hair down the middle.
3. Apply products, plait front two sections and twist ends of hair.
4. Grab remaining hair and pineapple (secure with an elastic).
Wallah! and you've created a few more days of braidout style without rewetting completely and starting over. I call it Braidout preservation with Pineapple and a new snap! It just makes life easier when you don't have tons of time.
Do you have any shortcuts to preserving your braidouts!
