I ran into these two ladies at the nail shop. I initially saw the lady on the right and all I can think is, "She has a beautiful head of curls". When I sat down to get let my nails dry she complemented my curls and asked how I got it like that. I explained how I used a curl creme to do a braidout. I then confessed that I noticed her curls when I walked in, and they are just completely lovely! We have similar textures. Her daughter (on the left) also had lovely curls pulled up into a beautiful bun. All I can say is "Ellas tienes rizadas bellas" that's "They have beautiful curls"! When I asked the secret to creating such lovely curls, I was told that she uses "
Tresseme Naturals Conditioner" to co-wash, and then as a leave-in. She then applies
Vitamin E to her hair. She also shared that she doesn't use gel. I was in awe when we figured out that we have similar techniques for styling.

P.S. I'm going to share info. on the curl creme that I've been using this week and some updated pictures of my texture with no gel really soon. It's simple but it works.
