Guess How Some Of My Saved Coins Can Become Your Coins

For those of you that have been following my recent posts, I've been cleaning my bedroom with a focus on my closet and this darn chair that's a clothes magnet in my room.  While organizing and cleaning, I ended up finding at least 20 purses that I haven't used in the past 2 years, so I packed them up and donated 13 of them.  When I started to clean each purse, I noticed that each was filled with coins that I had forgotten about.  I put the coins from each purse into a separate ziploc bag.  Today I'm going to be taking those coins to the bank.  Hopefully, it will serve as extra spending money to go out of town with, for my family vacation.  I want to challenge you all to guess the amount that I have in coins in the comment section.  I'm going to send the first person that guesses my exact dollar amount and if not, the first person that guesses a number that's closest to the amount I have, and bless you with 10% of the total.  This could be a great gift to buy a new hair product of your choice.

I also finished cleaning the chair in my room and my closet.  I took some more items to the salvation army, and I gave other items away.  The area under my bed is clean, as I donated several pairs of shoes.  I also cleared out a basket that was really a magnet for papers and books that I haven't read in years.  Goodbye extra accumulated clutter in my room.  It felt good to say that!

Happy guessing!

P.S. Many banks no longer have a coin counter. You either have to place them in a coin machine, which charges a certain percentage and then requires that you spend it within the store.  There are some banks that require that you place coins in wrappers and then the bank has to send them out and then return then credit your account within 7 weeks.  I'm so glad that I found a few banks that still have a coin counter.  I learned this a few weeks ago when my son wanted to cash in his coins.
